On Thursday, July 18, thirty-six golfers, members of Meaford's Ladies 18 hole golf club members and their guests enjoyed a 'Scramble' to raise money for the Owen Sound Hospital Foundation's Breast Cancer program. Organizers were pleased to also have the support of eight former members who joined in for lunch. Marge Allin, club president, welcomed everyone and thanked Marg Tirpkoff and Donna Atkinson for again organizing the event.
